5 Strict pull-ups

RDX: Bodyweight + 1/4 for bench press, + 1 pood (16kg) Kettlebell for pullups.
L1: Bodyweight bench & pull ups
L2: 1/2 Bodyweight bench, band pull-ups
L3: Press ups & bar body rows

Great for upper body strength. Try to complete all rounds unbroken.
